Each attendee will be responsible for their own hotel reservations.  Deadline to make your reservation is  January 18, 2026. I have  25 rooms reserved at the discounted rate below. Please book at your earliest convenience.

Hotel stay includes a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, popcorn and soda in the afternoon and complimentary evening drinks and snacks.
