Each attendee will be responsible for their own hotel reservations.  Deadline to make your reservation has been extended to March 23rd, 2026. We have 2 rooms for Thursday night and 10 room for Friday and Saturday available still at the discounted rate below. Please book at your earliest convenience.

Group Room Rate: $134 plus tax

Hotel stay includes a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, popcorn and soda in the afternoon and complimentary evening drinks and snacks. 
 Two ways to sign up and pay.  Fill out the online registration form or print off the form and mail in.
