Each attendee will be responsible for their own hotel reservations.  Deadline to make your reservation is Sunday, May 26th, 2024. We have 25 rooms reserved at the discounted rate below.

Group Room Rate: $154 plus tax

Hotel stay includes a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, popcorn and soda in the afternoon and complimentary evening drinks and snacks.

Registration fees are non-refundable but can be transferrable if I am notified 2 weeks prior to the event.
